PlaylistGrab runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. It does not run on macOS, Linux, phones or tablets.
02Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every new install starts with a 7-day Pro trial with all features unlocked. After the trial, the free plan keeps working with up to 5 items a day.
03What is the difference between 1-year and lifetime?
Both unlock the same Pro features. The 1-year license ($10.50) works for 12 months and renews manually. The lifetime license ($14.50) is a single payment with no renewal date.
04How do I get and activate my key?
Your license key arrives by email right after payment. Open PlaylistGrab, press the plan button at the top right, paste the key and press Activate key. See the activation guide with screenshots →
05How many PCs can I use?
Each license activates one Windows PC at a time. You can release a PC anytime from inside the app to move your license to a new computer.
06Which formats can I save?
MP3 for music and MP4 for video, with the quality you choose. Pro also converts audio and video files already on your PC to MP3 or WAV and lets you cut songs on a visual waveform.
07What content is PlaylistGrab designed for?
PlaylistGrab is built for personal media management: converting local recordings, archiving your own published streams, podcasts, Creative Commons material, and public-domain content that you have permission to save.
08Can I move my license to a new PC?
Yes. Open the Plan & license dialog in PlaylistGrab and press Move to another PC to deactivate the old computer, then enter the same key on your new Windows PC.
